The Board of Directors of Minara Resources Limited is committed to the principles of best practice in corporate governance. The Board believes that genuine commitment to good corporate governance is essential to the performance and sustainability of the company's business and as such depends upon the corporate culture - values and behaviours - that underlie day-to-day activities.

The Board continually reviews its corporate governance practices and regularly monitors developments in best practice governance in Australia and overseas. Where international and Australian guidelines are not consistent, the best practice guidelines of the Australian Securities Exchange Limited convened ASX Corporate Governance Council have been adopted as the minimum base for corporate governance practices.
