Procurement & Contracting

Murrin Murrin Operations Pty Ltd (MMO) is committed to conducting fair and equitable procurement processes with contractors and suppliers.

All MMO contracts are assigned both a Contract Administrator and an MMO Representative. This ensures that a consistent approach to regular reporting and communications is maintained between MMO and contractors and suppliers.

MMO requires contractors and suppliers to adhere to all applicable laws (including anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws), regulations, and industrial awards and agreements, including all applicable health, safety, environment and community laws and regulations. Additionally, all MMO contractors and suppliers must comply with the Glencore Corporate standards and policies which are available here:

Contractors or suppliers attending the Murrin Murrin Mine Site are required to comply with MMO's Contractors Health Safety and Environment Requirements (see below):

Where goods are provided to MMO the goods must be packaged, as a minimum, to conform to the MMO specification: Technical Specification for Packing and Documentation Instructions numbered 00-30TS-007 (see below).

If you are a prospective contractor or supplier wishing to provide information about your company and/or offerings to MMO, please contact MMO's Supply and Logistics Department via email at: minara.sandl@glencore.com.au .

To ensure that your company's details are directed to the appropriate personnel within our organisation, please ensure that any correspondence specifies which of the following categories your business provides:

  • Logistics Services;
  • Goods and / or Services;
  • Project / EPCM Services; or
  • Equipment Hire.

Once submitted, your information will be kept on file and should MMO establish a requirement for the goods and / or services provided by your company, you will then be requested to submit a formal supplier application prior to being loaded into our supplier register.

Due to the volume of solicitations, you will not receive a response unless MMO requires further information from your company.

Please note that unless a separate overriding contract has been entered into with MMO, all goods and services provided to MMO are required to be supplied in accordance with our standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions (see below):
